Crafted from durable stainless steel and featuring a sweet iron mouthpiece to help encourage salivation, the Myler Three Ring Sweet Iron Combo Bit W/ Low Port is a unique combination of a ring bit, shank bit, and hackamore. Utilizing five different pressure points to help disperse rein pressure, the three-ring cheeks provide a choice of location for rein placement to help offer increased leverage. This bit features the MB 33 mouthpiece. It is the mildest Myler mouthpiece in terms of tongue pressure due to the generously wide port allowing room for the tongue to pass almost completely under the bit. Because this mouthpiece does not rotate on to the tongue and the port is wide, it applies little to no tongue pressure, working primarily off the lips and bars. The port on this mouthpiece is only 1 ½ in. high, so it will apply little to no palate pressure. Because the MB 33 offers such a high degree of tongue relief, the horse that goes well in this mouthpiece has a trustworthy and consistent disposition, and is trained to work off the leg and seat as well as the hands. Designed to move independently at each side to help the rider to isolate one side of the bit at a time. Complete with a flat leather noseband, knotted cord sides, and a durable chin strap to help provide an optimal fit.
