Description

Copper-Max is a chelated copper and zinc paste to support performance, bone and cartilage development, coat and skin health. Chelated copper and zinc are in their most bioavailable forms ensuring optimal absorption. Chelated copper supports fertility, bone and connective tissue development, hoof health, and red blood cell production. Chelated zinc supports the immune system and skeletal development. Copper-Max is ideal for all horses, especially those not receiving a daily feed or those grazing on copper deficient land.

Vitamins - Biotin 2 mg
Trace Elements (Source In Brackets) - Copper (Copper (II) chelate of protein hydrolysates) 500 mg, Zinc (Zinc chelate of protein hydrolysates) 500mg

Analytical Constituents - Crude Protein 7.8%, Crude Fibre 0.8%, Crude Fat 0.1%, Crude Ash 6.8%, Moisture 42.5%, Sodium 0%

Feeding Directions - To be given orally.  Not to be given on empty stomach. Prolonged administration of this product should be on veterinary advice only.
Adult Horses & Ponies:
Bodyweight >300 kg - Full syringe every 4-6 weeks
Bodyweight <300 kg - Half syringe every 4-6 weeks
Broodmares Last Trimester:
Bodyweight >300 kg - Full syringe every 4 weeks
Bodyweight <300 kg - Half syringe every 4 weeks
Young Stock:
Bodyweight >300 kg - Full syringe every 2-4 weeks
Bodyweight <300 kg - Half syringe every 2-4 weeks

Precautions - Complementary dietetic feed in paste form for equines. Copper-Max supports the regeneration of the horses’ skin and appendages. Store in a cool place away from direct sunlight. Do not freeze. Replace cap immediately after use. Not to be used daily for more than 8 weeks. Safe for use in competition horses. If there is any doubt about the copper status of your horse consult your veterinary surgeon. Other copper supplements should not be fed when using this product unless directed by your veterinary surgeon or nutritionist.
