Coat Defense is a natural, safe, and effective powder that helps eliminate and prevent equine skin problems such as rain rot, fungus, thrush, scratches and odor. Soothes itchy and inflamed skin caused by insect bites, allergies, hives or sweet itch. Also aids in the prevention of chafing, rubs, fungus and bacteria from forming under equipment including boots, blankets and saddle pads. Can be used to dry moisture and sweat in the cold months or as a dry bath to protect and preserve natural shine. Coat Defense is safe to use on people, dogs and other barnyard animals too! Ingredients: Proprietary blend of Sodium Bicarbonate, maranta arundinacea (arrowroot) powder, bentonite clay, zea mays (corn starch), mentha piperita (peppermint) oil

Directions: Sprinkle powder directly onto desired area, massaging in a circular motion down to the skin. For hard-to-reach areas, such as legs or under belly, pour powder into palm of hand and place directly onto desired area down to skin. If using as a remedy, leave on continuously, applying more as it wears off until completely healed. If using as a preventative or under equipment, apply generously and massage down to the skin and leave on.
